After much deliberation, we have decided to sell our motorhome and try out a fifth-wheel! This Newmar has been our favorite RV of all the ones we've owned and we will be sad to see it go. Both of us work from home now and we're lucky enough to be able to work from anywhere (as long as we have the internet, of course). We are planning on living in the RV for a few months at a time so we think we need a fifth wheel toy-hauler with space that can double as an office and hold our motorcycle! So many changes, but we're super excited! Here is the detail of our 2016 Newmar Ventana 4002 for sale:

Details of Our 2016 Newmar Ventana For Sale

Asking price is $199,000/obo. 2016 Newmar Ventana 4002. Class-A diesel, 13,200 miles, 40 '. Freightliner chassis, Cummins 8.9L engine, 3 slide outs, sleeps 6

This striking Ventana 4002 motorhome by Newmar is not even broken in with 13,200 miles. It features a full wall driver side slide out, A king bedroom suite, a spacious rear bath, plus a midship half bath. It has luxurious features like a Premium Sleep Number adjustable king air mattress, a queen sleeper sofa w/ air mattress and an opposing jack knife sofa to accommodate sleeping for 6. There are tons of storage inside the hardwood cherry glazed cabinets and in the basement which includes a slide-out tray accessible from both sides of the coach.

As you enter the motor home, the full wall slide out has a 92" hide-a-bed sofa, double stainless steel kitchen sink on an angled countertop, two-burner induction cooktop, whirlpool residential 3 door refrigerator, pantry with full-length slide-out drawers and in the bedroom two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and an overhead 32” HD TV with Blue Ray player.

Both the driver and passenger seat easily swivel to provide more seating in the living area. Along the curbside of the motorhome, you will find a 74" jack-knife sofa with a hidden storage drawer beneath. There is a 50” HDTV on a televator above the jack knife sofa.

Just before you enter into the rear bedroom you will find a half bath including a toilet, sink, linen cabinet, and overhead storage and access to both the 12v and 120v power centers.

The walkthrough bedroom has a king bed slide out with nightstands and power outlets on each side. The bed is a premium Sleep Number king bed. In the rear of the coach is the master bath. There is a 36" corner shower and porcelain macerating toilet, a wardrobe with bi-fold doors and safe, sink with overhead cabinet, and Whirlpool stackable washer and dryer along the rear wall, emergency access door and so much more!

This coach has plenty of power for the mountains and towing with a 400 HP Cummins Diesel engine with 10,000 lb towing capacity.
